Graston Technique

A form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables me as a doctor to effectively break down muscle scar tissue and fascial restrictions.

Spider-Tech Taping

A therapeutic taping product designed to approach pain management and myofascial dysfunction through the use of specialized elastic tape applications.

Prenatal Care: Webster Certification

The Webster technique is a specific chiropractic sacral analysis and diversified adjustment. The goal of the adjustment is to reduce the effects of sacral subluxation/ SI joint dysfunction. In so doing neuro-biomechanical function in the pelvis is facilitated.

Short Lever Adjusting

Specific, Gonstead Technique short lever, segmental adjustments. Causes of VSC in the child, addressing common disorders with emphasis on preconception and prenatal wellness care.

Sacro-occipital technique

The SOT paradigm guides and helps us focus care directly and orderly to the patient, helping to release vertebral, visceral, extremity, and cranial distortions which affect whole body anatomy and physiology. The main corrective mechanisms employed in the correction of these subluxation patterns are pelvic blocks and hands-on adjusting techniques. The specificity and flexibility of SOT allows the chiropractor to choose either low force or standard HVLA adjusting techniques based on the needs and condition of the patient.

Activator technique

An alternative manipulative method to the spine or the extremities which is categorized as a mechanical force manual assisted (MFMA) instrument. Usually, I use this instrument, with elderly or children.

Thompson technique

Assessment of the leg lengths, to diagnose pelvic misalignment. Adjustments are performed using gravity assistance (drop table).

Cox Flexion Distraction technique

Helps restore the range of motion in joints and muscles after bringing the spine into alignment. Treatment is performed on a special table that flexes and bends various planes. It is commonly used to restore herniated discs and improve posture.

Manual Soft Tissue Massage with Ischemic compression

Pressure is applied gradually to the existing trigger points in the muscle, to increase blood flow to the area and reduce inflammation and pain.

Myofascial Release Technique

Manual therapy that relaxes contracted muscles, increasing circulation and lymphatic drainage, and stimulating the stretch reflex of muscles and overlying fascia.
